The beauty of the asphalt paving craft and trade, are the learning opportunities through which expertise, and industry practices and experiences are advanced. OAPC’s 2021 Virtual Fall Asphalt Seminar beams its focus on collaboration as  a tool towards advancing partnerships, and the objectives for quality asphalt.  Leading industry experts will present on cutting-edge practices and new technical advancements in the asphalt industry.

Small screens can achieve big collaboration.  Join us to learn about innovations that are helping asphalt pavements remain the first choice for quality, safety, the environment and the economy, and how together we are paving the way  for excellence.

ASPHALT RESEARCH FUND (ARF)

The goal of the Asphalt Research Fund (ARF) is to support made-in-Ontario asphalt research that will stimulate, facilitate, and expedite the deployment and adoption of new and innovative technology relating to asphalt pavements. Raising funds for ARF through OAPC’s Auction for Asphalt Research & Advocacy is a long-standing tradition at Fall Asphalt Seminar. Since 2003, the combination of generous donations and bids made by OAPC members has resulted in over $632,000 being raised for ARF.

This year, due to the virtual platform, OAPC will not be holding a Silent Auction for the 2021 seminar. Alternatively, we encourage you to give directly to the Asphalt Research & Advocacy Fund. OAPC will send donors invoices for the pledged amounts. Your donation can pave the way for excellence and, thus, strengthen the industry and our transportation infrastructure as a whole.
