This interactive full-day workshop is aimed at understanding the characteristics of respectful workplace environments, considering the nature and cost of disrespectful behaviours in the workplace and identifying and applying practices that build and promote respectful workplace culture.

Gold Seal is a national program which certifies industry estimators, superintendents, project managers and safety officers as construction professionals. It is operated as a special committee of the Canadian Construction Association and continues to grow across the country.
Gold Seal certification is earned through a combination of industry experience, education and ongoing professional development through Gold Seal accredited management education courses and programs. The emphasis of Gold Seal is on continuing education. Most Gold Seal applicants will also write an exam designed to test their knowledge in their own discipline.
ORBA is one of the industry organizations that promotes and delivers the Gold Seal program in Ontario.
