ORBA/OAPC Scholarship Programs was developed to better engage and educate the younger generation about the asphalt industry as they are making career choices. Recipients are invited to OAPC's Spring Operations Seminar and ORBA's Annual Convention, and are formally recognized at the event. The program provides students with an excellent opportunity learn more about the industry and to network with industry leaders.
