The 2021 ORBA Road Building Academy program will feature 30 courses this year, bringing back popular ones including 10 online courses from previous years as well 14 brand new courses providing information and guidance on the most relevant topics of our industry. Road Building Academy courses will touch on each of four important areas: Management and Leadership, Business and Professional, Technical and Safety, and Law and Legal Matters.
The Academy provides a premier learning experience. ORBA brings courses that were once only available in the U.S., through internationally-acclaimed education programs at ConExpo and the Asphalt Institute to Ontario and seeks top experts throughout North America to offer their instruction.

While we learn to accommodate the new normal in unprecedented times, the 2021 ORBA Road Building Academy is set to take place in person at the BMO Institute for Learning in Scarborough, ON. All health and safety protocols will be in place at the BMO Institute for Learning to ensure everyone’s safety.
Class sizes will have a limited capacity. Therefore, it is important to register early! Contingency plans are in place to move the courses online if needed. Course content and instructors are subject to change.
